Fresh flavours by Lake Groß Behnitz: Our new spring menu at at Restaurant Seeterrassen

With the arrival of spring, a new sense of variety finds its way into our kitchen. From April to June, we present a menu that brings together lightness, freshness and culinary craftsmanship. Our guests can look forward to a carefully curated selection of dishes that capture the flavours of the season at their best. At the heart of our cuisine are thoughtfully prepared dishes – from a vegan wild garlic classic and creative starters such as our beetroot tartare to refined main courses like tender braised beef cheeks or guinea fowl in two variations. Lovers of plant-based cuisine will also find plenty to enjoy, with dishes such as lentil ragout or puff pastry vegetable pockets. We remain true to our philosophy: freshly prepared dishes without additives, honest ingredients and a clear focus on quality. Our offering is complemented by seasonal desserts such as elderflower mousse or apple and walnut cake with rhubarb compote – for us, the perfect finish to a truly enjoyable stay. Our restaurant, overlooking Lake Groß Behnitz, invites you to linger from Thursday to Sunday – whether indoors in a refined setting or outdoors on our lakeside terrace.
