As the days grow shorter, the season becomes even more enjoyable with us: From November 13 to December 21, we will be serving – in addition to our seasonal autumn/winter menu – a festive St. Martin’s Feast Menu. ???? We begin with a creamy chestnut soup, refined with crispy chestnut pieces. ???? The main course features tender, crispy goose breast and leg, accompanied by fragrant red cabbage, fluffy potato dumplings, and fruity orange jus. ???? To crown the experience, a light and airy gingerbread mousse awaits, capturing the taste of winter in every bite. ????
