New Winter Menu at Restaurant Seeterrassen!

Winter settles quietly over Lake Groß Behnitz. Outside, the air is crisp and cold; inside the Restaurant Seeterrassen, it is warm, cosy and inviting. Soft lighting, views of the wintery water and a sense of unhurried calm give this time of year its special atmosphere. The new winter menu focuses on seasonal cuisine with a strong regional connection. Carefully selected ingredients sourced from within a radius of up to 300 kilometres are freshly prepared and cooked with craftsmanship and care. The menu includes dishes such as game goulash with red cabbage and potato dumplings, beef fillet with black salsify vegetables and rosemary potatoes, vegan pan-fried potato dumplings with nuts, kale and wild mushroom ragout, and a plum gratin with vanilla ice cream to finish on a sweet note. Hearty and comforting – this is winter at the Seeterrassen at its most inviting. Opening hours: Thursday to Sunday, always 12:00 – 20:30
